Lantec Management Group LLC has carved out a niche in providing superior property management for properties between 20-200 units. These properties are typically run by individuals or small owners. In most cases clients come to us because their previous management company wasn’t “hands-on”

Thanks for taking time to inquire about our property management services. We have been in the property management business for over 15 years.

We have experience in turning many poor performing properties around fairly quickly.

  • Hands on approach – We are onsite if not daily a few times per week helping the onsite property managers and maintenance staff keep each property running smoothly.
  • Experienced Staff – We provide training and support to ensure our onsite personnel are the best in the industry.
  • Resident Retention – We understand residents will move from time to time but we offer proactive lease retention, monthly newsletters, and an open door policy to ensure we are consistently communicate with our residents.
  • Expense reductions – This is one area we get very aggressive with. We have been able to reduce property taxes, lower insurance premiums, renegotiate service contracts, and eliminate unnecessary expenses.
  • Open systems – Our philosophy is to ensure the owners who have entrusted us to their properties have all the information when they need it. Each owner will have access to our back end accounting to review bills, revenue, and all reports when THEY WANT.
